Hi,
I'm getting to my emails a bit late, but in case
it's not answered in a message I haven't gotten to yet,
Orange vests (& packs and floatation vests) for
dogs are available at most large sporting goods stores. Working Dogs outfitters
has them too: http://www.workingdogs.com/shop has
them under "packs,bags & vests"
